From our Australian farms MainStream Aquaculture proudly export fingerlings to customers in 25 countries across the world. Our farms also provide premium table fish for domestic and international markets.

Urban Farm and R&D centre

Wyndham

It all begins at our state-of-the-art urban farm just outside Melbourne, raising the healthiest, strongest and fastest growing Barramundi fingerlings in the world. At this site we also raise table fish Barramundi grown in geothermally heated spring water drawn from the ancient aquifer free of any industrial or biological pollutants.

Unique Wetland

Innisfail

Our North Queensland farm is located between two World Heritage listed environments – the Great Barrier Reef, and the Daintree Rainforest. With 32ha of unique wetlands in its’ natural state showcasing our commitment to conservation and sustainability, the pure waters of the reef infuse these magnificent fish with award winning flavour.
